About CHEF ANGE

Chef Angela Dumaresque

Chef Angela Dumaresque, born in Forteau on Labrador's South Coast, has always been passionate about food. After earning two university degrees, she decided to follow her culinary dreams. As Executive Chef at the Florian Hotel for eight years, she built strong ties with Parks Canada. She pursued her love for Basque cuisine, even cooking for the Basque Association of Canada and the Prime Minister. Now, as Head Chef at The One Eared Goat, Chef Ange blends her international training with Newfoundland flavours to create dishes that delight guests worldwide.
